4WD and Activities

When you have stacked on a few years there are many things which have revealed themselves as of primary importance. Family is always number one, then to seek the loving relationship and stay healthy. Staying healthy does include action, movement or exercise preferably the enjoyable ones. For me long walks through nature, kayaking, sailing and water sports and 4 wheel driving with the family. Which involves camping and climbing a few hills or small mountains. So this exciting page shows a few of the segments of a trip through the top end of Western Australia. Mental health actually benefits from regular grounding. Running, walking and swimming in nature, sleeping under the stars and so on, the more the merrier actually works.
